Only 2 pairs in the whole game produce a Chikipi, and both need a Chikipi as one of the parents. There is no combination of other Pals that lands here, so the Breeding Farm is only useful once you already own one.

Six mapped camps run the Forest1 cage preset, and Chikipi is 1 of its 16 possible captives at levels 15 to 25. That is the highest level Chikipi the files contain outside a Breeding Farm.
Five cavern presets field Chikipi in their Boss and MidBoss slots, and the level 10 to 13 spots carry the alpha flag. Closer than a hunt for a caged one, and still above the wild cap.
Chikipi is 1 of the 10 results in the Windswept Hills nest pool. Given that a live one is standing outside, this is only worth it as a side effect of hatching eggs you already collected.

Where do you find Chikipi in Palworld 1.0?
In the Windswept Hills from the first minute, plus Fortress Ruins and Eastern Wild Island. 321 mapped points in total, all at levels 1 to 9, with 123 of them on Windswept Island.
Do Chikipi lay Pal Eggs you can hatch?
No. Egg Layer produces the cooking ingredient Egg. Pal Eggs come from nests on the map or from a Breeding Farm, and no Ranch Pal produces one.
What two Pals breed a Chikipi?
Chikipi with Chikipi, or Chikipi with Teafant. Those are the only 2 pairs in the game and both need a Chikipi already, so you cannot breed your way to a first one.
What does Chikipi drop?
One Egg and one Chikipi Poultry, both at 100 percent. That makes it the cheapest source of both early cooking ingredients, since it is also the easiest Pal in the game to kill.
Can you get a high level Chikipi?
