Three spawner tables in two places. The important one is invisible on a heatmap: twelve flower spawns scattered inside the main grass cluster that carry no other Pal and therefore always produce a Cinnamoth.

Croajiro with Herbil is the cheapest pair on paper at levels 4 and 1, which is why a level-only comparison rates breeding ahead of the catch. The Breeding Farm is a technology level 19 unlock and one Cake needs 2 Honey, which Cinnamoth itself drops. Catch first, breed after.

Is there a guaranteed Cinnamoth spawn?
Yes, twelve of them. A flower spawner table has an entire roster of Cinnamoth, so each of those 12 locations produces one every roll, at levels 16 to 18 inside the ordinary grass.
What is the lowest level Cinnamoth?
Level 16, on the open grass and on the flower spawns. The grotto spawns start at 22 and its alpha sits at 27 to 29.
Is Cinnamoth a good Honey farm?
Yes. Every catch drops 1 Honey, and a Cake for breeding needs 2. It also drops Lettuce Seeds and Tomato Seeds at 75 percent each, which is a working plantation from one Pal.
