Icelyn is the child, so the map shows the parents. Helzephyr carries the heat because it has 1,123 mapped points and its cheapest band sits right beside the Broncherry field boss you need for the other half.

Zero egg pools in the entire game contain Icelyn. Not a Frozen Egg, not a Large or Huge one, not a regional pool. That is unusual for an Ice Pal in this level band, and it is why the Breeding Farm carries this page rather than a nest.
The open ground groups run levels 45 to 48 and give Icelyn 16.56 and 14.18 percent, on 10 and 28 points. The level 39 band people quote is the Astral Mountains Cavern entrance spots, not somewhere you can stand and wait.
