The only cross-species pair that produces one, and it never fails. Ribbuny has 537 mapped points from level 1 and Killamari has 313 from level 5, so both parents are first-hour catches. The farm is the gate: a level 19 technology costing 2 Ancient Technology Points, then a Cake per egg.

It carries 94 weight in the Sakurajima dungeon common pool at levels 42 to 46, but that pool is rated Difficult and its rare partner is Very Difficult. The ordinary F Ocean pools are gentler at 47 weight and levels 24 to 29.
Paldeck 30 is Dark and Water and drops 2 to 4 Venom Gland. This is 30B, Neutral and Water, and drops no Venom Gland at all. If you came here to farm Venom, you want the other one, which is also the parent you need here.

Can you only get Killamari Primo from eggs?
No. It has 131 wild spawn points and one guaranteed breeding pair. The Common Egg route is real and generous, at half of every two-result desert pool, but it is not the only way in.
What two Pals make Killamari Primo?
Killamari and Ribbuny, the only cross-species pair in the game. The parents are level 1 and level 5 catches, but the Breeding Farm is a level 19 technology, so the pair is not the first-hour route it looks like.
What is the difference between Killamari and Killamari Primo?
Element and drops. Killamari is Dark and Water and gives 2 to 4 Venom Gland. Primo is Neutral and Water and gives none. Both share the same glider float and the same work ranks.
Where do you fish for Killamari Primo?
The F Ocean pools at levels 24 to 29, rated Normal, are the practical answer. The Sakurajima dungeon pool gives far better odds at 94 weight, but it is rated Difficult and runs to level 46.
