Fight the level 58 alpha at [-632, 302] on Sakurajima. Lyleen cannot be bred in 1.0, and the Lyleen Noct alpha stands about 20 metres away, so check which one you are shooting.

Two queens, one clearing

The Lyleen alpha and the Lyleen Noct alpha stand 2,047 world units apart on the Sakurajima Northern Rock Field, which is close enough that both are usually on screen at once. They are separate Paldeck entries and catching one does not fill the other slot.

The route
1Fly to [-632, 302] on SakurajimaThe Northern Rock Field, in the north of the island. Both alphas share the clearing, so pick your target before you open fire rather than after.Sakurajima, 2 field bosses
2Confirm it is the green oneLyleen is pure Grass. Lyleen Noct is Grass and Dark, sits at the same level 58, and fills a different Paldeck slot. Killing the wrong one costs you the respawn timer on the one you came for.Lyleen Noct does not fill this slot
3Bring Fire damageLyleen is pure Grass, so Fire is the one element with a bonus. It heals, which is the actual difficulty here: without a damage type advantage the fight can outlast your ammunition rather than kill you.Grass, weak to Fire
4Throw Hyper Spheres with the party on passiveLevel 58 sits in the Hyper Sphere band. Take the bar well under half, then stop your own Pals attacking, because two alphas in one clearing means twice as many things that can land the killing blow.Overkill loses the catch
5Come back for the other oneBoth encounters respawn on server restart, so the sensible plan is two visits rather than one fight with two targets. Nothing is consumed by losing either attempt. Both bosses respawn

Petallia with Mossanda does not work in 1.0

Lyleen cannot be bred in Palworld 1.0. The only pair that produces one is Lyleen with Lyleen, which needs the Pal you are trying to obtain. There is no breeding route into this slot.

Huge Verdant Egg, just under half the pool

The World Tree pool on the Huge Verdant Egg holds five outcomes and Lyleen is 47.85 percent of it, with an alpha version at 1.44 percent in the same pool. With breeding closed off, this is the only route that is not a fight, and it is the reason so many players end up with a Lyleen before they find the alpha.

63 World Tree points, at 10.34 percent

Lyleen holds 40 of the 387 selection weight on worldtree_9_10_L, a six Pal table carrying 42 of its points at levels 75 to 80, where Mycora and Loomen each hold 100. So on shared ground you will see either of those two roughly two and a half times more often. The other 21 points are the aura table at 1 in 72.

There is no Lyleen in any Wildlife Sanctuary in Palworld 1.0. Wild Lyleen is limited to 63 points in the World Tree and one alpha on Sakurajima.
The Petallia with Mossanda recipe does not work in Palworld 1.0, because Lyleen is not breedable. Check the calculator before you spend Cake on it.
The 10.34 and 25.84 percent figures are selection weights, not observed drop rates. They describe what share of one roll a Pal holds on its table, which is why Lyleen feels rare on ground it shares with Mycora.
Why bother
Harvest Goddess is one of the strongest activated partner skills in the game: it restores 80 percent of the health of you and every party Pal on a 300 second cooldown. At a base Lyleen carries Planting 7, Gathering 6, Handiwork 5 and Medicine Production 5, so a single slot covers a farm and a bench. It also drops an Innovative Technical Manual at a 10 percent rate.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where is Lyleen in Palworld 1.0?

One level 58 field boss at [-632, 302] on the Sakurajima Northern Rock Field, and 63 wild points in the World Tree at levels 75 to 80. There is no Lyleen in any Wildlife Sanctuary in the 1.0 data.

Can you still breed Lyleen with Petallia and Mossanda?

No. Lyleen cannot be bred in 1.0, and the only pair that produces one is Lyleen with Lyleen, a self pair. That recipe belongs to an earlier version of the game and no longer produces one.

Is the other boss in the clearing a Lyleen?

It is Lyleen Noct, a separate Paldeck entry at the same level 58, standing about 20 metres away. It is Grass and Dark rather than pure Grass, and catching it does not fill this slot.

Which egg hatches a Lyleen?

The Huge Verdant Egg from World Tree routes, at 47.85 percent among five outcomes, with an alpha version in the same pool at 1.44 percent. With breeding closed, it is the only route that does not involve a fight.

What does Harvest Goddess actually heal?

It restores 80 percent of the health of the player and every party Pal in one activation, on a 300 second cooldown. That is a full team reset once every five minutes, which is why Lyleen survives in parties long past level 58.
