How to Breed Omascul

Put a Braloha and a Palumba in a Breeding Farm at level 33. Omascul adds 40 percent party experience, so owning one 18 levels before Feybreak is the whole point.

Where to find the two parents

Omascul is the child, so the map draws its parents. Both live on small tropical islands off the main island rather than in Feybreak, and both are the dominant Pal on their own spawner table.

Omascul is in the Feybreak pool of the Dark Egg at 12.5 percent of eight results, and in the Large Dark Egg at 14.3 percent for an alpha. Both are Feybreak pools, so the eggs come from the region you were trying to avoid.

Omascul is on the Feybreak Cavern boss table as an alpha at levels 56 to 58. There is no ordinary cavern spawn for it, so a cavern Omascul is always the alpha and always a harder fight than the ones outside.

◆The experience bonus is a party effect and it does not stack, so one Omascul in the party is the whole build. It does nothing while assigned to a base.
◆Omascul is nocturnal, but none of its 1639 spawn points are night-only, so it turns up in the day as well.
◆Gathering 5 is the second reason to breed one early. Very few Pals reach that level, and it is available the moment the egg hatches.
Why bother
Omascul is an experience multiplier. Every Pal in your party earns 40 percent more experience while it is with you, which is why it is worth owning long before you can reach the place it lives. It also carries Gathering 5, one of the highest gathering levels in the game, for the days it is on a base instead.
