Where to find the two parents

Prixter has 519 pairs, so this map shows one good pair rather than the only pair. Broncherry is everywhere on the main island and has a level 23 field boss of its own, and Dumud Gild is available from level 25. If you already own two Pals that pair into a Prixter, use those instead.

70 points on Sakurajima, at 14.60 percent

Every mapped wild Prixter sits in the northern rock field on Sakurajima at levels 48 to 49, 65 of the 70 points in one cluster at [-687, 113]. It takes 20 of the 137 weight on that table, which is joint second behind Tocotoco, and it is the highest level entry there. Good odds on ground you reach late.

Large Dark Egg from Sakurajima

The Sakurajima pool on a Large Dark Egg holds six results and Prixter is 37.88 percent of it, more than double an even share. The Astral Mountains pool on the same egg is four results and 20.73 percent. Separate lotteries, so never add them together.

Two camp squads field a single Prixter each, a Hunter camp treasure room and a Ninja camp craft room. Neither has a known level, so treat it as something that happens while you are clearing a camp rather than a plan.

Prixter Lux

Paldeck 141B is Electric and Ground rather than Dark and Ground, it generates electricity where this one does not, and it has a level 70 field boss of its own. Catching it does not fill this slot, and a Prixter is one of its two parents.

Paldeck 141 and 141BElectricity 3How to get Prixter Lux
The cheapest pair on the cost model is Felbat with Vanwyrm Cryst at about level 23, but the level 23 Vanwyrm Cryst band is 3 mapped points on one spawner group and Felbat is cheapest inside a forest dungeon. Broncherry with Dumud Gild costs two levels more and is far easier to actually assemble.
Prixter is nocturnal. That affects when it is active rather than where it spawns, since none of its 70 mapped points carry a night only flag.
The 14.60 percent figure is a selection weight, not an observed drop rate. Treat it as the shape of the odds on that roll rather than a measured catch rate.
Why bother
Phantom Venom adds 50 percent damage against poisoned enemies for you and your Pals while Prixter is in the party, which turns any poison weapon or Poison Fog attack into a real damage multiplier. At a base it is Lumbering 4 with Gathering 2 and Medicine Production 2, and it drops 4 to 5 Venom Gland on every catch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What two Pals make Prixter?

519 different pairs do, which is the 13th widest list in the game. Broncherry with Dumud Gild is the cheapest pair that is easy to assemble, at about level 25.

Where does Prixter spawn in Palworld 1.0?

Only on Sakurajima, in the northern rock field. All 70 mapped points sit at levels 48 to 49, with 65 of them in one cluster at [-687, 113].

What are the odds of a wild Prixter?

14.60 percent of a roll on the one spawner table that carries it, tied for second of nine Pals behind Tocotoco. Those are good odds, which is why the wild route is late rather than unreliable.

Can you hatch a Prixter?

Yes, from a Large Dark Egg or a Huge Dark Egg. The Sakurajima pool on a Large Dark Egg is the best single entry at 37.88 percent of six results.

Is the Prixter poison bonus worth a party slot?

Phantom Venom gives you and your Pals 50 percent more damage against enemies already afflicted with Poison, so it is worth a slot only when you are running a poison weapon or a poison attack. It does not stack with a second Prixter.
