Where to find the two parents
Sibelyx is the child, so the map shows the parents. The useful thing here is how close together they are: the Katress heat and the Felbat cave patch sit in the same stretch of forest, and the level 40 Sibelyx field boss is pinned north east for comparison.

One fixed field boss near the Frostbound Mountains. It is the only guaranteed Sibelyx in the game and it respawns on server restart, so it costs nothing to fail. Bring Fire and a Mega Sphere.
The open ground group holds 47 points at levels 36 to 39 and gives Sibelyx 40 of 237 weight, 16.88 percent. The two Astral Mountains Cavern tables give it 20 of 100 each, 20 percent, at levels 38 to 42, so the cave beats the field on odds as well as on guarantees.
The sanctuary route pool on the Large Frozen Egg holds five outcomes and gives Sibelyx 40.65 percent, with the Huge Frozen Egg version of that pool holding three and giving 33.33 percent. Those are far better numbers than the Astral Mountains pools.

The Primo form fills Paldeck 116B and is pure Neutral rather than pure Ice, with Farming 4 and a defence aura instead of Cooling and a Blizzard Spike. It only exists in the World Tree, and this Pal is one of its two parents.

What two Pals make Sibelyx?
451 pairs produce one. The cheapest is Felbat with Katress, and both spawn at levels 20 to 23 on the forest cave tables, so one dungeon run can supply the whole pair.
Where does Sibelyx spawn in Palworld 1.0?
Across 77 mapped points at levels 36 to 42, mostly around the Astral Mountains, with the densest cluster at [-279, 346]. It also has one level 40 field boss at [252, 69] near the Frostbound Mountains.
Where is the Sibelyx alpha?
At [252, 69], near the Frostbound Mountains, fixed at level 40. It is the only guaranteed Sibelyx in the game, and the Astral Mountains Cavern also fields one as a boss at levels 42 to 45.
Is Sibelyx the best way to get High Quality Cloth?
It is the most direct. Every catch drops one, and it sometimes produces more on a Ranch, so one Sibelyx turns an occasional shortage into a standing supply.
Is Sibelyx the same as Sibelyx Primo?
No. Primo is Paldeck 116B, pure Neutral, World Tree only, and has Farming 4 where this one has Cooling 3. Catching one does not fill the other slot.
