How to Breed Slowatt

Breed Penking with Vanwyrm Cryst, a pair priced at level 23. If you are already on the sky islands, every roll on the two Slowatt spawner tables is a Slowatt, because nothing else is on them.

Where to find the two parents

Penking carries the heatmap. It spawns on the main island beaches and on 12 points inside the forest sanctuary, and it has a level 15 field boss of its own. Vanwyrm Cryst is the other half and is pinned here at its densest main island cluster.

The forest table carries 46 points and the swamp table 17, and Slowatt is the only Pal listed on either. Weight 10 out of a group weight of 10 means every roll at those 63 points is a Slowatt, at levels 65 to 66. No other Pal in this stretch of the Paldeck has that.

Electric Egg, two different pools

An Electric Egg from the Sky Islands pool gives Slowatt at 33.33 percent against 3 outcomes. The same egg from the rare Tenraku routes gives it at 50 percent against 2. Where you picked the egg up changes the odds, and the Tenraku one is the better lottery.

◆A 100 percent spawner share is not a 100 percent spawn rate. It means that when one of those 63 points rolls, the Pal it produces is a Slowatt. Point density and respawn timers still decide how many you see per lap.
◆Slowatt has no dungeon encounters, no camp squads and no fishing pools. The complete list of ways in is the two solo tables, the level 66 boss, four egg pools and the Breeding Farm.
◆Generating Electricity 3 is its whole base value, and it drops an Electric Organ with a set of Aquatic Pal Fluids. If you want an electricity worker rather than a Paldeck entry, compare it with Dynamoff at level 6 before you commit a slot.
Why bother
Slowatt is a single purpose Pal: Generating Electricity level 3 and nothing else on the work sheet. Its partner skill, Chillswitch, makes any enemy you hit while it is affected by Electrify discharge for 40 percent of your attack damage to everything nearby, which turns a status you were applying anyway into an area attack.
