Where to find the two parents
Frostallion and Blazamut breed into Solenne, and both are single fixed encounters rather than populations. Frostallion has no wild spawn anywhere in the game, so this map is two boss pins and the small Blazamut cluster that lets you take the easier parent early.

Solenne holds 34.97 percent of worldtree_9_13_M, a five Pal table at levels 76 to 78 with 47 Solenne points on it. Roujay sits on the same table at the same weight with 47 of its own, so the two record identical ground. Once the region is open this is a better use of an hour than a legendary fight.
Solenne is on the World Tree pool of the Large Dark Egg at 14.22 percent among eight, and on the Huge Dark Egg at 1.32 percent among eleven as an alpha. Both pools only appear on World Tree routes, where you could already catch one at 34.97 percent, so hatching is not actually the easier option.

Solenne has zero field bosses, zero raid tiers, zero quest steps, zero camp squads and zero dungeon spawns. It also has the smallest breeding set in this Paldeck block at 63 pairs, against 712 for Venusa and 670 for Loomen, so there is much less chance a pen you already own lands on it.

What is the cheapest Solenne breeding pair?
Blazamut with Frostallion, priced at about level 60. Both are single fixed field bosses that respawn, so the pair costs two fights rather than an open ended hunt.
Where does Solenne spawn in Palworld 1.0?
Only in the World Tree, 47 points at levels 76 to 78 on one five Pal spawner table where it holds 34.97 percent of the roll. There is no Solenne anywhere else in the game.
Is there a Solenne alpha to fight?
No. Solenne has no field boss, no raid tier and no dungeon spawn. Every guaranteed Solenne in the game is either a hatched egg or a wild catch inside the World Tree.
Is Solenne the best handiwork Pal in Palworld?
