It is fixed and it respawns, but the wild tables start at 52 in the caverns and 56 on the plateau with a 39.5 percent share, so the boss is the harder way to the same Pal.
Splatterina holds 20 percent of the ordinary Feybreak Cavern table at levels 52 to 56, and that group is the one table of its eight with no night restriction. It is also on the cavern boss table as an alpha at levels 56 to 58.
The cheapest pair prices at about level 45, seven levels under the lowest wild band. That is not enough to justify a farm and a cake when the wild odds are this good, unless you want a specific level or passive set.
