Teafant: Location, Breeding and Drops
Walk the shoreline of the Isle of Silence or the Sea Breeze Archipelago and throw a basic sphere. It is roughly one encounter in eleven at those points, so bring patience rather than gear.

Every Teafant spawn on the map
All 216 mapped Teafant points, with the three densest clusters pinned. Teafant shares every one of these spawners with four to six other Pals, so density matters more here than it does for most starters.

3 alternatives checked against the wild catch routeSeven results share the Windswept Hills Damp Egg pool and Teafant is one of them. Better per egg than most starter pools, and worth opening rather than hoarding.
Four pairs land on Teafant, and every one of them uses Pals you can catch in the same hour. Useful only for passing passives down or clearing the wild level cap of 9.
Teafant has no field boss anywhere in the game. It does appear alpha-flagged at levels 10 to 13 inside Hillside Cavern, the three Isolated Island Caverns and Meadow 01.

the questions people actually search forFrequently asked questions
Where does Teafant spawn in Palworld 1.0?
On shorelines and river banks across the Sea Breeze Archipelago and the Isle of Silence. The densest single patch holds 49 of its 216 mapped points, on the Sea Breeze coast.
Why can I never find a Teafant?
Because it is a minority roll rather than a rare spawn. In its two main spawners it carries 20 weight out of 221 and 224, so roughly one encounter in eleven is a Teafant even at the right spot.
What level is Teafant in the wild?
Levels 2 to 9 on open ground, and that is a hard cap. Cavern Teafant runs levels 10 to 13 and is alpha flagged, which is the only wild one above 9.
Is there an Alpha Teafant?
There is no field boss Teafant on the world map. There is an alpha-flagged cavern version at levels 10 to 13 in Hillside Cavern, the three Isolated Island Caverns and Meadow 01.
Is Teafant worth catching?
For Soothing Shower, yes. It heals 20 percent of your Health when you drop below 30 percent, every 120 seconds, which is more early survivability than a level 3 Pal has any business giving. Its only work skill is Watering 1.
