Fly to [-19, -265] near Crescent Moon Shore and fight the level 27 field boss. Vaelet has only 32 mapped spawn points in the whole game, so this is the one encounter you can plan around.

One fixed fight, and two thin wild bands
The boss pin is the route. The other two pins are the entire wild population: 12 points inside the forest Wildlife Sanctuary at levels 20 to 23, and 20 on Sakurajima at levels 55 to 57. There is nothing else anywhere.

20 points on the Sakurajima rock field at levels 55 to 57, where Vaelet holds 23.81 percent of a 7 Pal table. That is the best share it has anywhere and it arrives 28 levels after the field boss has already given you one.
Vaelet is 11.32 percent of the marsh and forest route pool and 13.95 percent of the Sakurajima pool, both with 9 outcomes. The alpha version sits in the same pools at about a tenth of those numbers. Worth opening the eggs you find, not worth farming.

The cheapest pair our model finds is Broncherry with Felbat, and its harder parent still needs about level 23, which is only 4 below the boss itself. Breed a Vaelet when you want chosen passives on a base worker, not to save time.
