Vixy is on 115 mapped points across two starting patches at levels 1 to 9. It drops a Bone every time, and no other Bone dropper in the game sits this early in the Paldeck.

All 115 mapped Vixy points. Two patches carry almost the whole population and the third has 4 points in it, so this map is shorter than it looks.

Vixy is in both the Grass preset at levels 1 to 10 across 7 camps and the Forest1 preset at levels 15 to 25 across 6. With no dungeon spawns anywhere, the Forest1 cages are the only way to a Vixy above level 10 without breeding.

◆Dig Here is a Ranch skill. A Vixy in your party produces nothing, which is why players who keep one as a companion never see an item from it.
◆Every Vixy in the wild is level 9 or lower and there are no dungeon spawns to raise that. Above level 9 the routes are a Forest1 Pal cage or a Breeding Farm.
◆The Fortress Ruins patch has 4 mapped points. It is on the map for completeness, not as somewhere to hunt.
Why bother
Vixy is the earliest reliable Bone in the game, one per catch at 100 percent, and Bone is the resource that quietly gates crafting in the first ten levels. On a Ranch it also digs items up on its own, which is free output from a Pal you were never going to fight with.
