How to Get Bellanoir

Bellanoir only exists as a Summoning Altar raid. Craft her slab from 4 fragments, offer it at the altar, and beat the level 35 fight. The slab is spent whether you win or lose.

Where the slab comes from

The fight itself happens at an altar in your own base, so this map covers the part people get stuck on, which is finding fragments. Enemy camps are pinned because 2 of their goal rewards drop one, and dungeon portals because 30 of them run technology-book pools that drop a whole slab. The most reliable source, expeditions, runs from your base and has no map location at all.

The route
1Unlock the Summoning AltarTechnology 33, and it is an ancient node, so it costs 3 Ancient Technology Points from tower bosses. The build itself is only 100 Stone and 20 Paldium Fragment.Technology 33, 3 ancient points
2Collect 4 slab fragmentsDesert, Forest and Grass Hard expeditions each return 1 to 2 fragments every time they finish. Treasure pools in the desert, volcano and forest drop them, and so do the volcano and desert camp goal rewards.4 fragments per slab, not 10
3Summon the level 35 tierPlace Bellanoir's Slab at the altar and interact. Level 35 is the only tier that gives you Bellanoir. Every higher slab summons Bellanoir Libero instead.1 raid tier exists for Bellanoir
4Fight her at rangeBellanoir is Dark, so Dragon damage cuts deepest. She fills the arena with adds that punish standing still, so keep moving and shoot rather than trading melee hits.Dark, weak to Dragon
5Throw before the timer, not before she is perfectUltra Spheres once she is low. The raid closes on a timer and the slab is gone either way, so spend spheres early rather than holding out for a cleaner window.Slab consumed win or lose

Two combinations exist in the whole game and both need a Bellanoir you do not have yet. The raid has to come first no matter which order you try it in.

The slab is consumed the moment you summon, win or lose. Bank two or three slabs worth of fragments before the first serious attempt.
One slab is 4 fragments, not 10. The item description on the slab itself says so.
There is no wild Bellanoir at any level or any time of day. She has 0 spawn points, 0 field bosses, 0 dungeon spawns and 0 egg pools.
Why bother
Bellanoir is a Dark legendary who works rather than fights once she is home: Handiwork 5, Medicine Production 5 and Transporting 4. Her partner skill, Nightmare Iris, fires a Nightmare Ray at your target on a 30 second cooldown and gives her own Nightmare Ray a 1.1 times multiplier.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where do you find Bellanoir in Palworld 1.0?

Nowhere on the map. She is summoned at a Summoning Altar in your own base with a Bellanoir Slab, and the fight runs at level 35.

How many fragments make a Bellanoir Slab?

Four. Crafting one takes 4 Bellanoir Slab Fragments, so the figure of 10 that circulates in older guides is wrong.

Where do Bellanoir's Slab Fragments drop?

Desert, Forest and Grass Hard expeditions return 1 to 2 every run. Desert, volcano and forest treasure pools drop them, and so do the volcano and desert enemy camp goal rewards.

Do the level 45 and level 80 slabs give Bellanoir?

No. Both summon Bellanoir Libero, a separate Pal with its own Paldeck entry. Only the level 35 slab gives you Bellanoir.

Do I lose the slab if I fail the raid?

Yes. It is consumed at the moment of summoning, so a wipe and a timeout cost exactly the same as a win. Bank a few before you try seriously.
