How to Get Bellanoir Libero

Craft the level 45 slab from 4 Bellanoir Libero fragments and offer it at a Summoning Altar. The level 80 Ultra slab is a separate item, and Bellanoir is a separate Pal.

Where the two Libero slabs come from

The fight runs at an altar inside your own base, so this map covers the part that actually costs time: finding fragments. Enemy camps are pinned because 6 goal rewards drop one, and dungeon portals because 15 of them run the Astral Mountains Cavern pool that drops a finished slab. The single best source, the Forest Hard expedition, runs from your base and has no map position at all.

The Bellanoir Libero (Ultra) Slab crafts from 4 Ultra fragments and summons the same Pal at level 80. There is no known source for the Ultra fragment itself: no loot drop, no reward, no vendor, no recipe. The level 45 tier is the one you can actually farm for.

Why bother
Bellanoir Libero is the upgraded shape of a Dark legendary and she works harder than she fights: Medicine Production 7, Handiwork 6 and Transporting 4. Her partner skill, Nightmare Stare, fires Nightmare Bloom at your target on a 30 second cooldown and gives her own Nightmare Bloom a 1.1 times multiplier. Each one drops 2 to 3 Dark Fragment.
