Blazamut Ryu exists only as a Summoning Altar raid. Craft its slab from 4 fragments and summon the level 55 tier. The Ultra slab summons the same Pal at level 80.

Where the slab comes from
The fight itself happens at an altar in your own base, so this map covers the part people get stuck on. Enemy camps are pinned because 11 of their goal rewards drop a fragment, and dungeon portals because the Sakurajima technology-book pool drops a whole finished slab. The strongest source, expeditions, runs from your own base and has no map location at all.

The Blazamut Ryu Slab summons level 55 and the Blazamut Ryu (Ultra) Slab summons level 80. Both give the same Pal, unlike the Bellanoir slabs which give two different ones, so the only thing the Ultra tier buys is a 25 level harder fight and a higher level catch.
The Ultra Slab Fragment has no known vendor, loot, reward, or crafting source, its origin is unknown. The Ultra Slab itself is 4 of them. Until that changes, the level 55 tier is the tier you can plan for.
The Sakurajima technology-book pool drops a whole Blazamut Ryu Slab, not a fragment, a quarter of the time. 15 of the 170 mapped dungeon portals lead to that cave. Guides saying the fragments come from Sakurajima dungeons have merged these two facts: the fragment has no dungeon source at all.
Blazamut Ryu cannot be bred, and the one listed combination is a Blazamut Ryu with a Blazamut Ryu. Its base form Blazamut is a separate Pal and breeding two of those will never produce this one.

Where do you find Blazamut Ryu in Palworld 1.0?
Nowhere on the map. It is summoned at a Summoning Altar in your own base with a Blazamut Ryu Slab, and it has no spawn points, field boss or egg pool at all.
Where do Blazamut Ryu Slab Fragments drop?
Desert Hard and Sakurajima Hard expeditions return 1 to 2 on every completion. Five more expeditions, 11 enemy camp goal rewards and 4 treasure pools carry them at 33 to 50 percent. No dungeon drops the fragment.
What is the difference between the two Blazamut Ryu slabs?
Level only. The standard slab summons level 55 and the Ultra slab summons level 80, and both give the same Pal. That is different from the Bellanoir slabs, where the higher tiers give a separate Pal entirely.
How do I get the Blazamut Ryu (Ultra) Slab?
Craft it from 4 Ultra Slab Fragments. Where those drop is unknown: the fragment has no vendor, loot, reward, or crafting source anywhere.
Can you breed a Blazamut Ryu?
No. It cannot be bred, and the only combination listed for it needs two Blazamut Ryus. Breeding two ordinary Blazamut produces a Blazamut, because they are separate Paldeck entries.
