All 11 mapped Menasting Terra points sit inside Wildlife Sanctuary No. 3 at [648, 625], levels 48 to 52. The alternative is a level 55 alpha on Sakurajima.

The only ground Menasting Terra spawns on

Eleven points, one spawner group, one island. That is the whole wild population and not a slice of it, because there is no Menasting Terra anywhere else in the open world.

The base form fills Paldeck 99 and is Dark and Ground with 545 mapped points from level 31. Catching one does not fill slot 99B, and it drops Venom Glands where this one drops Sapphire.

◆Only 5 Pals in the game drop Sapphire at all, and only 2 of them drop it at a 100 percent rate. Menasting Terra is one of the two. The other three sit at 1, 2 and 5 percent, so a catchable Sapphire source is rarer than the item itself suggests.
◆The 11 wild points are one spawner group, not eleven chances spread around the desert. Menasting Terra holds 50 of 195 selection weight there, 25.6 percent, which is the highest share on that ground.
◆Breeding is the expensive route on this page, which is the opposite of most regional variants. Menasting Terra is worth checking against that habit: the pair costs level 55 and the wild band starts at 48.
Why bother
Menasting Terra is one of only two Pals in the game that drop Sapphire at a 100 percent rate, and it is Mining 6, a level above its base form. Its Golden Scorpion skill gives 5 percent Defense and makes Electric Pals drop 40 percent more items, so it doubles as a farming passenger.
