How to Breed Nitemary

Put a Blazehowl and a Relaxaurus in a Breeding Farm. Both are main island Pals from level 30, which beats hunting 107 thinly spread Feybreak points at level 50 and up.

Where to find the two parents

Nitemary is the child, so the map draws the two parents rather than the Feybreak ice fields. Blazehowl carries the heat because it has a level 30 field boss as well as wild points, and Relaxaurus is pinned beside it.

The route
1Take the Blazehowl field boss at level 30It is a fixed encounter that respawns, so a failed attempt costs only the flight back. Blazehowl is Fire, so bring Water damage and expect a lot of burn on the ground.Fixed boss, respawns on restart
2Catch a RelaxaurusLevel 30 and only 37 mapped points, but its densest group is one it holds by itself, so you are not competing with a table. It is Dragon and Water, so Electric answers one half and Ice the other.37 points, sole occupant of its best table
3Build a Breeding Farm and bake a CakeOne cake per egg. Get a Ranch producing milk and eggs before you start, because on this route the cake supply is what sets the pace and not the incubator. One Cake per egg

107 points, and it is the junior Pal on both tables

107 mapped points sit in the Feybreak ice fields at levels 50 to 67. Point counts flatter it: Nitemary takes 12.9 percent of its best spawner table and 8.6 percent of the other, while Sootseer takes 42.9 percent of the same roll. Guides that call this Pal egg-only are wrong, but this is not a hunt worth planning.

Sealed RealmOne fight
One level 60 fight behind a portal

The only Nitemary field boss is level 60 at [-923, -1014], and its coordinate is a fixed Sealed Realm entrance rather than a patch of open ground. That matters for how you get there: you are looking for a portal, not for a large Pal on a hillside.

Nitemary sits in the Feybreak pool of the Large Dark Egg at 12.9 percent of seven results, and in the Huge Dark Egg at 14.3 percent for an alpha. Fine if you are hatching what you find, poor if you are hatching to order.

Nitemary Botan

The Grass variant is Paldeck 148B, it is a different Pal in a different Paldeck slot, and a Nitemary is one of its two parents. Catching one does not fill this entry, and its partner skill is a Grass defence buff rather than a soul multiplier.

Paldeck 148 and 148BNitemary is a parentHow to get Nitemary Botan
Soul Collector says it does not stack, and that means a second Nitemary. The doubled Pal Soul drop applies while Nitemary is fighting with you, so it belongs in the party and not at a base.
Nitemary has 107 wild points and a level 60 boss. Guides that present it as an egg-only Feybreak Pal are missing both, even though breeding still beats them.
The boss coordinate is identical to a fixed Sealed Realm entrance. Six separate entrances share that same name, so this page gives the position rather than a realm name.
Why bother
Nitemary is a Pal Soul farm. Soul Collector doubles the Pal Souls dropped by Pals you defeat while it is fighting alongside you, and Nitemary itself drops a Small Pal Soul every time. It also works Handiwork at level 4, which is high for a Pal this small.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What two Pals make a Nitemary?

Blazehowl with Relaxaurus is the cheapest of 303 pairs, at level 30 each. Blazehowl has a fixed field boss at that level, so half the pair does not need a hunt at all.

Can you catch Nitemary in the wild?

Yes. 107 mapped points sit in the Feybreak ice fields at levels 50 to 67, which contradicts the guides that call it egg-only. It holds only 12.9 percent of its best spawner table, so it is a slow hunt.

Does Nitemary actually double Pal Souls?

Soul Collector adds 100 percent to the Pal Souls dropped by Pals defeated while Nitemary is fighting with you. It does not stack, so a party of Nitemaries gives the same result as one.

What is Nitemary weak to?

Dragon. It is pure Dark, so Dragon damage is the only element with a bonus against it. At the level 60 boss that difference is worth more than a better sphere.

Is Nitemary Botan the same Pal?

No. Nitemary Botan is Paldeck 148B, a Grass Pal with a different partner skill, and it needs its own catch to fill its own slot. A Nitemary is one of the two parents that breed it.
