How to Get Pengullet Lux

It never spawns in the wild. Fish it out of the Island Shipwreck A pool from level 10, take one off the Hunter Sea Base, or breed Pengullet with a Sparkit.

Where the fishing pools that carry it actually sit

Pengullet Lux has no spawn points, so there is no heatmap to draw. These circles mark the fishing spots whose names match the pools that carry this Pal.

  • Island Shipwreck A, levels 10 to 20: Approximate area around the single Island Shipwreck A fishing spot at [653, -163]. It is linked by pool name, Island_Shipwreck_A_Common, not a mapped boundary.
  • Island Desert A, levels 30 to 40: Approximate area centred on the 3 Island Desert A fishing spots near [424, -699]. Not a mapped boundary, just wide enough to hold all three.

◆Pengullet Lux never spawns wild. The fishing pools, the Sea Base and the Breeding Farm are the complete list.
◆The pool that matters is Island Shipwreck A, at levels 10 to 20 on Easy. Every other common pool that carries it starts at level 24 or higher, so fishing it early and fishing it late are different plans.
◆Firing it with Pengullet Lux Launcher incapacitates it, exactly as plain Pengullet does. With no wild spawns to replace it from, that is a more expensive habit here than it is on the base form.
Why bother
Generating Electricity level 2 is the whole point. Plain Pengullet has no electricity suitability at all, so the Lux form is not a recolour but the version that can actually run a generator, on top of keeping Watering, Handiwork and Transporting at 1. Its launcher partner skill also comes back in 120 seconds rather than 180.
