All 106 points belong to two spawner groups and nothing else. The first is the level 28 to 30 band you should walk, the second is a level 55 to 57 band with better odds and a much harder fight.

The cheapest pair needs about a level 25 parent, three levels below the wild band. Breeding is worth it for passives or if you want one before you can survive the level 28 ground.

The marsh and forest route pool gives Petallia 26 percent of a 9 result pool, which is a strong share for an egg that size. The Sakurajima pool is thinner at 9 percent.

Petallia has no field boss, no dungeon spawn, no camp squad, no fishing pool, no quest step and no raid tier. Two wild groups and an egg pool are the whole picture.
The Ignis form fills Paldeck 89B, is Grass and Fire, and lives only in the World Tree region at levels 71 to 73. It trades Planting 4 for Kindling 4, so it does not replace this one at a farm.

In two places only. Eighty six points sit near Crescent Moon Shore at [18, -134] at levels 28 to 30, and 20 more sit on the Sakurajima rock field at [-641, 291] at levels 55 to 57.
What level is Petallia in the wild?
Either 28 to 30 or 55 to 57. Its two spawner groups are 25 levels apart with nothing in between, so there is no mid level band to find.
What does Petallia do at a base?
It has Planting 4 and Medicine Production 4, and its partner skill raises Planting by one level for every other Pal working there. That makes it worth a slot even when its own stats are not the best on the farm.
Can you breed Petallia?
Yes, from 244 different pairs. The cheapest of them needs about a level 25 parent, which is close enough to the wild band that catching one is usually simpler.
Is there a Petallia alpha or boss?
