How to Breed Petallia Ignis

Put a Bushi and a Petallia in a Breeding Farm. Bushi is a guaranteed level 25 field boss, which is 46 levels below the only wild population in the World Tree.

Where to find the two parents

Petallia Ignis is the child, and its only wild population is gated behind the World Tree, so the map shows what you actually have to go and get. The heat is every mapped Petallia point, with the Bushi field boss pinned beside it.

The base form fills Paldeck 89 and this one fills 89B. It is pure Grass, it lives on the main island from level 28, and it has Planting 4 where this one has Kindling 4. Catching one does not fill this slot.

◆The wild population sits at level 71 in a gated region while both parents are reachable in the twenties, so breeding is not a shortcut here, it is the route.
◆Petallia is one half of the pair, so a player who wants both forms needs two Petallia: one to keep and one to breed with.
◆The parent is Bushi, not Bushi Noct. The Noct form is a separate Paldeck entry that starts at level 46 and produces nothing here.
Why bother
Passion of the Flower Spirit heals you for 80 percent of your health and, while it is in the party, cuts incoming Grass damage by 15 percent and blocks Ivy-Covered outright. On a base it brings Kindling 4 and Medicine Production 4 together, which the base form cannot do. It also drops World Tree Holy Water and Fire Radiant Gem at 50 percent each.
