Where to find the two parents
Shroomer is the child, so the map shows the parents. Vaelet is the half worth planning: it has only 32 mapped points in the game, so the level 27 field boss is the reliable way to get one. The Sakurajima pin is the wild Shroomer ground, for comparison.

The Astral Mountains rare route pool and the World Tree pool on the Verdant Egg each hold exactly one outcome, and it is Shroomer. Every Verdant Egg from either nest hatches into this Pal, and the Sakurajima pool gives it 83.33 percent of two.

59 of the 75 points belong to one Mushroom Wetlands group at levels 47 to 49 where Shroomer holds 10.10 percent. The other 16 are cave entrance spawns. There is no field boss anywhere, so open ground at level 47 is the earliest ambient Shroomer.
The Cherry Blossom Cave fields Shroomer as an alpha boss at levels 47 to 49 and as a group of two or three at 40 to 45. A Yakushima cave also carries it at 39 to 41, which is the earliest spawn it has anywhere.
The Noct form fills Paldeck 118B and is Grass and Dark rather than pure Grass, with a base sanity aura instead of the mushroom output. It shares the Sakurajima ground with this one and adds 129 points on Feybreak, so catching one does not fill this slot.

394 pairs produce one. The cheapest practical pair is Felbat with Vaelet, since Felbat is a level 20 forest cave catch and Vaelet has a fixed level 27 field boss.
Where does Shroomer spawn in Palworld 1.0?
On Sakurajima, mainly the Mushroom Wetlands at [-462, 156], across 59 of its 75 mapped points at levels 47 to 49. The rest are cave entrance spawns down to level 39.
Which egg hatches a Shroomer?
The Verdant Egg. Two of its pools, the Astral Mountains rare routes and the World Tree, hold exactly one outcome each and it is Shroomer, so both are guaranteed hatches.
Does Shroomer have a field boss?
No. It has zero field bosses. The Cherry Blossom Cave alpha at levels 47 to 49 is the only guaranteed encounter it has.
