Put a Starryon and a Celesdir in a Breeding Farm. Both live on Feybreak in the mid 40s to mid 60s, which is far below the level 74 World Tree hunt.

Where to find the two parents

Starryon Primo is the child, so this map covers the pair you actually have to catch. Both parents share the Feybreak forest, and both have a field boss of their own within a short flight of each other. Starryon carries the heat because it is the cheaper half at level 42.

◆Both parents carry their own field boss, so you can take this route by fighting twice instead of searching twice. Starryon at 63 and Celesdir at 65 are both on Feybreak, a short flight apart.
◆Its drop table is World Tree material even though you will be breeding it on the main island: Nightstar Sand, World Tree Holy Water, a Neutral Radiant Gem and the five Ancient Relic tiers. Read that list as what a Starryon Primo can give, not as a hint about where to look.
◆Light Dancer excludes other Starryon Primos from its own count. A second one in the party does nothing for the first, so build the party out of ordinary Neutral Pals instead.
Why bother
Starryon Primo is a Gathering 7 worker, which is the joint highest Gathering rating you will find, and a mount whose Light Dancer skill raises jump power and adds 5 percent Movement Speed for each other Neutral Pal in the party. It also drops Nightstar Sand and a Neutral Radiant Gem on defeat.
